Our Boutique
Our first storefront, located in Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market, opened December 11, 2006.

 

All our baking and truffle making is done on-site, so when you stop by the store you might catch us mixing up a batch, rolling cheesecake balls, or dipping them in rich chocolate. The middle of a big baking day smells divine! If you happen to find us making truffles—welcome to our “chocolate theatre.”

 

PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS

 

Walk right in and order directly from the daily selection in our display case. If you’re picking up a large order (2 of our 16-packs or more), please call in advance to let us know you’re on your way and we’ll be happy to have it ready for you.

 

In our store you can get treats that are not available online, so on your next visit to Pike Place Market, stop in and try something only for those “in the know.”

 

And, if you’ve never had it, ask for a sample of our thick, rich Colombian hot chocolate, a standout surprise on food tours of the Market. We’re always excited to have someone try it for the first time! This delightful concoction, created by owner Paul Verano, is an homage to a recipe passed down from his Abuelita Tutu. Paul’s version is the thick European-style drinking chocolate that satisfies serious chocolate cravings.

 

Our cheesecake truffle is not available for shipping yet, so until then, come by the shop to get your fix. Never heard of a cheesecake truffle? Most people haven’t. We bake our famous cheesecake batter, roll it into balls, and enrobe it in dark Guittard chocolate. We decorate. We serve. You enjoy.
